We review your books. We verify volume, complexity, and whether any cleanup is needed before service begins.
Everything checks out → we send your engagement letter. Review and sign it — no work starts until you've signed off.
Onboarding begins. QBO setup, cleanup if needed, your first month close, kickoff call, and workflows configured. We'll reach out for access and anything we need.
Onboarding complete → monthly billing starts. Recurring billing begins the first full month after your go-live date. Full tier deliverables kick in from here.
If your books require a higher tier — we'll tell you why and give you the option to accept the updated tier or get a full refund. No surprises.

If your book review shows a higher tier is needed, we'll contact you first. You choose to accept or decline — if you decline, your implementation fee is refunded in full.

If feeds aren't fully connected in QBO, email us the last 3 months of statements so we can verify volume before the first close.
